Biography

Dunja was born and raised in Belgrade, Serbia where she graduated from the National Ballet School “Lujo Davico” in the Contemporary dance Department. In the years that followed she was a part of the ensemble of "Terazije Theatre" for four years where she participated in many well known musicals such as “The Producers”, “The Phantom of The Opera”, “Sweet Charity”, “Victor Victoria” and “Monty Python's Spamalot”.

After finishing the Ballet School she became a Contemporary dance professor within the same institution. Her vast experience as a teacher comes from a five year long experience in Serbia’s most awarded dance studio “Dance Factory”.

She was a part of the majority of Balkan’s Show-business scene participating in live performances, commercials and TV shows.

After moving to Switzerland she kept on spreading her knowledge as a Jazz teacher in EFZ education for Musical Theatre in Luzern.

Her dance history and experience is what she transfers into her Heels classes. Technical foundations, beauty, elegance and sassiness of jazz, strength and smoothness of contemporary floor work all mashed together with the foundations of Heels technique.
